A cohesive artistic vision

Jason Park is a pianist, composer, producer, and recording/mixing engineer whose work bridges the expressive depth of jazz with the groove-driven energy of funk and fusion.

A graduate of Berklee College of Music with a degree in Performance, Jason refined his artistry under the mentorship of world-renowned musicians including Dennis Montgomery III, Billy Kilson, Neal Smith, Allan Mallet, Nando Michelin, Jack Schwarz-Bart, and Vaughn Brathwaite. His early foundation in classical and new age music evolved into a distinct artistic voice rooted in fusion jazz—combining technical precision, rhythmic sophistication, and emotional depth.

In his debut full-length album Laputa, Jason established himself as a compelling voice in the contemporary fusion jazz scene. The record showcases his signature blend of intricate arrangements, dynamic improvisation, and cinematic atmosphere, earning recognition for both its musical sophistication and expressive intensity.

As a performer, Jason has appeared at respected venues and festivals internationally, delivering vibrant performances marked by refined musicality and powerful groove. Whether on piano, organ, or keyboards, his playing balances expressive nuance with rhythmic drive.

Beyond the stage, Jason is also active as a recording and mixing engineer, bringing the same musical sensitivity into the studio. His deep understanding of arrangement, tone shaping, and sonic detail allows him to craft recordings that are both technically polished and artistically compelling. Working across jazz, gospel, funk, and contemporary genres, he approaches production as an extension of musical storytelling.

Driven by innovation and a commitment to excellence, Jason Park continues to shape a distinctive musical identity—uniting performance, composition, and sound engineering into one cohesive artistic vision.
